Activity 60: Publicize It!
Students will plan and conduct a service-learning project, and obtain skills in using media to inform others in the community about their project. This activity can be done in conjunction with any of the service-learning or action projects in this activity guide.

The PreK-8 Environmental Education Activity Guide is a supplementary curriculum that is multi-disciplinary, with an emphasis on science, reading, writing, mathematics, and social studies.

Water Kids
This site, from the Water Education Foundation, provides graphics and text on topics including the water cycle, surface water vs. groundwater, the Earth’s water supply, and water conservation. Their mission is to create a better understanding of water issues and to help resolve water resource problems through educational programs.
